コロナウイルス関連や花粉症も重なり、ストレスなどで肩周りの不調を訴える方も多いのではないでしょうか🧐
かくいう僕も花粉症に毎年悩まされております😭
今回は肩周りの不調を改善するために、前鋸筋という筋肉を紹介します💪
前鋸筋は脇の下全体に手のひら状に広がっており、胸の外側中心部から肩甲骨の上角、下角、その間の内側縁まで位置している筋肉です‼️
素早くパンチを繰り出すときに使うためボクサー筋とも言われております🥊
肩甲骨を前方に引く働きがあり、日常生活で掃除機をかける等、腕を前に出す動作でよく使われています🧹
つまり前鋸筋を鍛えることで肩甲骨の動きがよくなり
肩こりの改善
姿勢が良くなる
スポーツパフォーマンスの向上
が期待できます✨
あまり知られていない筋肉ですが、ホワイトボードも更新して掲載しております🥸
